1. Scope

These terms apply generally to the use of the Family Events website. Details of individual events appear in the relevant invitation.

Contracts for paid event organisation, website creation, rentals or sales are outside the scope of these terms and require separate agreements.

2. Invitations and replies

Visiting the website and submitting an acceptance or decline are free. These actions alone create no payment obligation or paid order. A saved-reply confirmation is not a purchased ticket.

Please provide accurate information and share another person’s data only with proper authority. Each invitation identifies its intended guests.

3. Changes and contact

For changes to a reply you have already submitted, please use the contact in the invitation. Include the event and the name used for your original reply.

For technical problems or a missing save confirmation, write to the event contact or the main contact address.

4. Content and external providers

Spam, unlawful content and deliberate interference with the website are not permitted. Respect the rights of the owners of text, images, music and videos. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

The relevant invitation identifies the event organiser. Links to maps, accommodation or other providers do not make a booking through Family Events.

5. Privacy

These terms do not replace a privacy notice and do not constitute additional consent to process or publish personal data. Requests for access, correction or deletion may be sent to the main contact address.

6. Statutory rights and contact

Liability is governed by statutory law. Mandatory consumer rights and other statutory claims remain unaffected.
